Description
The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (NORTA) is soliciting quotes for standard issue transit flooring. The solicitation requests two types of flooring: smooth and ribbed, both in black. The smooth flooring is required in three rolls, each 1/8" thick, 38" wide, and 10 linear yards (LY) long, with a maximum roll length of 15 LY. The ribbed flooring is required in four rolls, each 3/16" thick, 46" wide, and 10 LY long, with a maximum roll length of 15 LY. Both types of flooring should have a sanded back and weigh approximately 11 lbs/SY for the smooth and 13 lbs/SY for the ribbed. The solicitation also includes a line item for freight/cost of shipping.
