Description
Lafourche Parish Water District No. 1 is soliciting bids for the construction of a new metal building intended for storage, along with associated site work. The project requires bidders to be licensed in General Construction in accordance with LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192. Bidders are responsible for their own reproduction costs for printed bid documents, which are available electronically without charge from https://www.centralauctionhouse.com. Site visits can be arranged by appointment. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds as detailed in the Bid Documents. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
