Description
The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Missouri Basin Regional Office (MBRO) intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Flatwater Fleet for the design, fabrication, painting, and installation of a potable flatbed water tank assembly. This assembly will be compatible with Government-furnished carriers and include appurtenances, lighting, toolboxes, a headache rack, and mounting hardware. It will support drilling site operations, on-site dust suppression, and general water transport within the Missouri Basin Region. This purchase is being made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR 13.106-1. While this is not a request for competitive quotes, interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit written information describing their capabilities. The deadline for such submittals is June 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. MDT. The government reserves the discretion to determine whether or not to compete this requirement based on the responses received.
