Description
The City of Warner Robins is soliciting bids for an annual contract to provide comprehensive maintenance services for its publicly-owned stormwater ponds. The services include regular mowing of grass to a height of six inches, trimming inaccessible areas, applying EPA-approved herbicides along fence lines, removing undesirable vegetation and debris, and maintaining pond structures to ensure they are clear. The contract will have an initial term from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the possibility of four successive one-year renewals. Maintenance is required once per month from March through September, and then in November and January, totaling nine service visits per pond annually. Bidders are required to visit each project site prior to submitting a bid. The successful bidder must provide proof of Workers' Compensation and public liability and property damage insurance.
