Description
The Brunswick-Glynn Joint Water and Sewer Commission is requesting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide complete engineering and surveying services for an approximately 4,700-linear-foot water main loop connecting existing portions of the water distribution system in Glynn County, Georgia. The project is expected to include new water main, valves, fire hydrants, fittings, connections to existing mains, roadway and railroad crossings, applicable service connections, and related appurtenances. The selected engineer will provide services from initial survey and investigation through final design, permitting, bidding, construction, project closeout, and preparation of final record drawings. The project will use the traditional Design-Bid-Build method, with the engineer remaining engaged as the commission's design professional through completion and closeout of construction.
