Description
The City of Kingsland is soliciting proposals for a complete fence and gate installation at 132 Royal Parkway. The scope includes approximately 1,490 linear feet of six-foot, 9-gauge black vinyl-coated chain-link fence; three 28-foot manual, double-sided aluminum cantilever gates with latches and bottom rolling wheels; and one 10-foot walk gate. The work also includes concrete-set terminal and line posts, top rail, bottom tension wire, field verification, coordination with newly installed driveways, site safety, debris removal, and all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidental work. The proposal must include the contractor's approach, itemized and lump-sum pricing, estimated start date and duration, exclusions or assumptions, and confirmation that field measurements will be verified. Required submission materials include a certificate of insurance, signed W-9, original notarized E-Verify affidavit, applicable addenda acknowledgment, and the bid proposal form. One original and three copies must be submitted in a sealed envelope; electronic, fax, and telephone submissions are not accepted.
