Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide long-distance wired telecommunication services at Robins Air Force Base. The scope includes labor, management, supervision, installation, supplies, equipment, transportation, reports, delivery, two SIP circuits, transmission equipment and cabling, conversion of SIP to ISDN PRI trunks, long-distance access, local exchange trunks, transport channels, point-to-point circuits, commercial business lines and features, internet services, direct inward dial numbers, number portability, local and intra-LATA access, and inter-LATA carrier interconnection. The contractor must provide technical capability information, an initial installation and cutover plan with fallback actions, relevant SIP long-distance service experience, and pricing on the CLIN table in the attached SF 1449. Installation, cutover, and activation must be completed before December 1, 2026. The requirement is a firm-fixed-price contract with a three-month transition/cutover period beginning November 1, 2026, a base year beginning February 1, 2027, four one-year option periods, and a possible six-month extension through July 7, 2032. Award will use lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation, with price, technical capability, and past performance considered. A current SPRS assessment and CMMC Level 1 status are required before award.
