Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Baxter for proprietary maintenance of Trusystem 7000DV surgical tables used in the VA Healthcare System. The required equipment, software, and maintenance services are identified as unique or proprietary to Baxter/Hill-Rom, and Baxter is described as the manufacturer, developer, and distributor capable of providing the required support.
