Description
Vega Independent School District is soliciting proposals for Category One data transmission and internet access services. The requested service is leased lit fiber internet access with bandwidth options ranging from 500 Mbps to 10 Gbps, for one service connection serving three eligible entities. Installation and initial configuration are requested, and eligible installation costs may be paid over four years. The vendor attachment requests pricing for 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, 5 Gbps, and 10 Gbps service under one-, three-, and five-year contract terms, including monthly recurring charges, applicable additional costs, voluntary extensions, special construction, and non-recurring charges. Vendors must have a valid or temporary SPIN, review the associated RFP materials, and submit proposals electronically through the designated RFP system; submissions outside that system may be deemed non-responsive.
