Description
South Plains College is soliciting proposals for four standalone, technology-enabled wellness pods that provide students and/or employees with private access to guided wellness, stress-management, personal-development, and career and life coaching resources. The successful vendor must provide a complete operational solution, including pod hardware, software, technology, equipment, installation, configuration, delivery, and implementation. The pods must function as standalone units without requiring a dedicated room or permanent construction. The pricing structure requests a prepaid three-year investment for hardware, including initial installation, and software, followed by annual hardware-maintenance and software pricing beginning in year four. Vendors must also provide a delivery and implementation timeline. Proposals will be evaluated primarily on the three-year initial cost, beginning-year-four cost, and delivery and implementation time. The solicitation requires the provided proposal forms and reference sheet, including educational-entity references, and requires submission through the Bonfire electronic bidding platform.
