Description
The Town of Colfax is soliciting bids to install 2-inch polyethylene natural gas mains and transfer natural gas services in the Rock Community area. The project is federally funded and subject to Build America, Buy America requirements, including documentation of compliance for applicable materials and components. Work is also subject to Davis-Bacon labor standards, and the contractor must maintain a compliant drug and alcohol misuse program, provide qualified personnel for welding or heat-fusion work, and maintain an operator qualification program for covered pipeline tasks.
