The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a contractor to repair, upgrade, overhaul, inspect, test, and reassemble sling assembly cargo components, part number AC6000500MOD-1 and NSN 1670-01-000-3080, returning them to a Ready for Issue condition. The contractor must provide the required facility, labor, materials, replacement parts, tooling, and testing equipment. Work must follow the applicable IETMS publications, drawings, repair manuals, and approved procedures. The contractor must maintain repair and inspection procedures, configuration management, calibration, quality controls meeting ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100 requirements, enclosed storage, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Changes to approved repair sources, facilities, manuals, drawings, or specifications require government approval.
