Description
Perry Township Schools is soliciting bids from a single prime contractor for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects at Southport Middle School, Clinton Young Elementary School, and Henry Burkhart Elementary School. The work must comply with the construction documents available from the listed plan rooms and document providers. A bid bond or certified check equal to at least 5% of the bid sum, including alternates, is required. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract sum. A pre-bid conference is scheduled at Southport Middle School, and bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline.
