Description
The City of Wildwood is soliciting bids from multiple contractors for on-call maintenance of public streets, rights-of-way, City Hall, and parks within the city. The scope includes snow and ice removal, asphalt patching, concrete street and sidewalk replacement, grass cutting, tree trimming and removal, litter control, storm sewer repair and replacement, street sweeping, pavement marking, crack filling, sign maintenance, emergency repairs, and removal of animals and other hazards. The agreement also includes electrical, plumbing, irrigation, landscaping, and other routine or directed maintenance ordered by the Director of Public Works. Multiple contractors may be selected based on the lowest responsible bids. Prevailing wage requirements apply to construction work on public works, excluding maintenance work.
