Description
Rockwood School District is soliciting bids to replace the existing air compressor at Lafayette High School. The requested system includes a 15-horsepower motor capable of handling 50 CFM, a 120-gallon tank, 460V power, 115V 50 CFM operation, and an air dryer. The selected contractor must provide and install the equipment. Bids must include walkthrough attendance confirmation, installation pricing, available government or public-education pricing, lead time, product warranty information, pricing valid through June 30, 2027, and any exceptions. The submission also requires an acknowledgement form, bidder information and pricing responses, a Certificate of Good Standing, at least five references, Exhibit B pricing, product warranty information, and installation and system documentation. A pre-bid walkthrough is mandatory. The solicitation states that the contract is expected to commence on November 20, 2026, and continue through project completion.
