Description
The City of Chesterfield is soliciting sealed bids for construction of a new sidewalk and curb ramps on the east side of Schoettler Road from Windsor Valley Court to Greenleaf Valley Drive. The work also includes associated pavement, striping, drive approaches, storm sewers and inlets, and a retaining wall. The successful contractor will have 150 days from the Notice to Proceed to complete the project and must comply with Missouri prevailing-wage requirements. On-site employees must complete a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or an approved equivalent, within 60 days of beginning work. A 0% DBE goal applies. Each bid must include a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the total base bid. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
