Description
Parkway School District is seeking vendors to supply facilities uniforms on an as-needed basis under an initial one-year contract beginning November 16, 2026, or the date of award, whichever is later. The bid includes work shirts, pants, jackets, parkas, coveralls, rain suits, bib overalls, vests, and other branded workwear from specified manufacturers and styles. Vendors must provide pricing through the bid table, accommodate substitutions only with authorization, provide standard manufacturer warranties, and deliver garments individually packaged by employee. The scope also includes sewn screen-printed name patches and Parkway Schools patches, plus direct embroidery of Parkway and supervisor logos. Bidders must submit physical samples of a Parkway logo embroidery, a screen-printed name patch, and a screen-printed Parkway Schools logo patch with the bid at no cost to the District. Garment samples may be requested during evaluation but are not required with the initial bid. The solicitation requires a vendor proposal, a current W-9, E-Verify documentation, a non-collusion affidavit, three references, specifications sheets for substituted items, and completion of the electronic vendor signature page and bid table. Submissions must be made through the Bonfire portal, with physical samples mailed separately and clearly marked for Bid #27-39.
