The United States Marine Corps (USMC) is seeking information regarding industry capabilities to provide comprehensive Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) for the Marine Corps Education Command (EDCOM). This RFI aims to identify available and technically capable sources for services including Network and System Support, Cybersecurity and Information Security Support, Technical Support (Helpdesk), and Audiovisual & Video Teleconference (AV/VTC) Support. The primary goal is to ensure continuous, secure, and efficient IT operations. Services will be provided at various USMC facilities including Quantico, VA; Camp Lejeune, NC; Camp Pendleton, CA; Twentynine Palms, CA; Hawaii; Okinawa, Japan; Miramar/San Diego, CA; and Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, TX. Some support at Miramar/San Diego and Fort Worth will be provided remotely or via contractor travel. The contract will require personnel with at least a SECRET security clearance for all task areas. Specific certifications are also mandated per the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF), including CompTIA Security+CE, CCNP Enterprise, and CISSP among others. The government will provide office space at some locations, but not all. An Industry Day event will be held on June 30, 2026, from 0900 to 1200 at the Alfred M. Gray Research Center auditorium, Quantico, VA. Registration is required by June 24, 2026, via email to Jeffrey Sisk and Genia Fouts, with a limit of two representatives per company. Base access requires a valid US Government-issued ID.
