Submission Instructions
Description
Jackson Township is seeking a contractor to supply approximately 8,000 tons of various aggregate materials and 5,000 tons of various asphalt materials under Materials Contract 1. The opportunity is identified as a fixed-fee contract. Responses must be submitted electronically through the PennBid Program by September 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time. Each proposal must include a certified check, bank cashier’s check, trust company treasurer’s check, or bid bond in the required form equal to 10% of the total bid. The submission also requires bidder information, acknowledgment of all addenda, a bid bond upload, supporting documents, a bidder acknowledgments questionnaire, and a completed bid table.
