Bossier Parish Police Jury Consolidated Waterworks/Sewerage District No. 1 is soliciting sealed bids for the Goodwill Road at Highway 80 Well #29 project, which will replace Well #23. Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form furnished with the bid package, in a sealed envelope marked with the project information and the contractor's license number. A bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check equal to at least 5% of the bid is required. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds. The successful bidder must also submit executed Non-Collusion Declaration and Felony Conviction/E-Verify Affidavit forms within 10 days after bid opening, although they may be submitted with the bid. Prime bidders must obtain the bidding documents from the public entity or design professional for a $100 deposit per set. Small, minority-owned, and women-owned firms are encouraged to apply.
