Description
The County seeks a qualified firm to manage, staff, and operate aircraft rescue and firefighting (ARFF), airport operations, and security services. The scope includes 24/7/365 ARFF coverage at Index B with the capability to increase to Index C; airport operations staffing for at least 16 hours daily; security staffing during commercial flight operations; and continuous staffing of the Airport Operations Center. Duties include emergency response, inspections, wildlife hazard management, snow and ice control, airport badging, security patrols, access-control and CCTV monitoring, dispatch, and incident reporting. The airport provides and maintains the required facilities and equipment. Proposals must include an approach to the requested services, relevant firm and personnel experience, airport experience, a staffing commitment and schedule, the provided Proposal Form, and the provided References form. The proposal is limited to 20 pages, excluding the front cover, cover letter, and Proposal Form, and must be a PDF no larger than 20 MB. The initial contract term is three years, with up to four mutually agreed three-year extensions. The first-year budget is to be proposed and negotiated; no fixed budget is stated.
