Description
The Rutherford Airport Authority seeks Statements of Qualifications from aviation consultants to provide planning, engineering, design, surveying, and construction management services for airside and landside improvements over the next five years. Potential work includes airport master planning, Part 150 studies, environmental services, land acquisition, pavement evaluation, and preparation of plans, specifications, and contract documents for runway, taxiway, apron, hangar, lighting, navigation-aid, terminal, roadway, parking, utility, and other airport improvements. The request is not for a priced proposal. Submissions must identify the firm and the office that would perform the work; provide references for similar airport projects involving federal Airport Improvement Program or North Carolina state aviation funds completed within the past five years; identify and qualify proposed personnel; and describe errors-and-omissions and general-liability insurance and the firm's EEO policy. Six copies are required, sealed and marked with the specified consulting statement title.
