Description
The City of St. Cloud is soliciting proposals for ongoing football field and surrounding grounds maintenance at Hickory Tree Park. The contractor must provide labor, equipment, materials, and professional maintenance services, including mowing the football field three times weekly during the growing season, maintaining specified turf height, fertilization, trimming and edging, weed and pest control, fire-ant and mole-cricket treatments, fungicide applications, aeration, overseeding, irrigation monitoring, debris removal, and maintenance of nearby practice fields, retention ponds, and open spaces. The maintenance area is approximately 23 acres. Proposers must demonstrate relevant qualifications and experience, be licensed to do business in Florida, and submit a valid Florida Commercial Pesticide Applicator License. The proposal must include an approach to the work, organizational and personnel information, at least five similar contracts with references, pricing, a current certificate of insurance, and the required compliance certifications and forms. The awarded contractor may not subcontract, assign, or transfer work without the City's prior written consent.
