Description
The State of Utah Division of Purchasing, conducting procurement for the Division of State Parks, is soliciting a five-year contract for comprehensive quarterly maintenance and emergency callback services for two hydraulic passenger elevators at Edge of the Cedars State Park Museum. The work includes preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, repairs, replacement parts, adjustments, full-load testing, and all periodic testing required to maintain a valid operating permit under Utah regulations and applicable ASME standards. The contractor must provide directly employed and supervised qualified journeymen, give at least 48 hours' notice before scheduled visits, maintain an on-site maintenance control program logbook, provide service tickets and deficiency reports, and respond to emergency calls within three hours on a 24-hour, seven-day-per-week basis. Pricing must be submitted for quarterly service for each of five contract years, plus emergency call-out and hourly rates; pricing must be guaranteed for one year. The solicitation will result in a single award to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible vendor.
