Description
The Village of Sauget is soliciting sealed bids from a single prime contractor for construction at the American Bottoms Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project includes a new solids process building, a new solids storage facility, and modifications to existing processes. The scope includes site work, process mechanical, structural, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and controls work. The project is expected to receive partial funding through the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency's Water Pollution Control Loan Program and is subject to applicable prevailing-wage, Davis-Bacon, Illinois public-works labor, Illinois Works, and American Iron and Steel requirements. Bid security is required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
