Description
The City of Greeley is seeking a qualified owner's representative to serve as its day-to-day construction project manager and primary liaison for a new approximately 105,000-square-foot, five-story City Hall. The project is part of a public-private partnership and has an estimated total project cost of approximately $67 million. Services will cover final design, preconstruction, construction, commissioning, occupancy, closeout, and the applicable warranty period, including cost and schedule monitoring, risk management, project controls, payment-application and change-request review, document and issue tracking, reporting, site observations, commissioning, punch-list, closeout, and warranty coordination. The selected firm must demonstrate at least 10 years of relevant experience and at least three comparable public-sector or similarly complex vertical construction projects within the past 10 years, including one completed within the past five years. At least one comparable project must have a construction value of $40 million or more. The response must identify the proposed team, approach, staffing and coverage, relevant references, conflicts of interest, and required qualifications. The contract is expected to continue through March 31, 2029, with possible extensions at the City's option.
