Description
Lammersville Unified School District is soliciting Internet access services for its district office, 10 school sites, and three ancillary locations for E-Rate Funding Year 2027–2028. The requested administered Internet access capacity ranges from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps and includes an onsite demarcation point, network handoff, DHCP, Internet traffic routing, secure firewall service, primary and secondary DNS mapping, domain registration, maintenance, and technical support. Proposals must address service availability and packet-delivery requirements, monitoring, outage notification, response procedures, support-center capabilities, service credits for provider-caused outages, transition to service beginning July 1, 2027, and pricing for both three-year and five-year terms. The proposal must include technical and company information, references, a transition plan, and separate pricing for 1 Gbps and 10 Gbps service options. The solicitation requires three K–12 references for similar work and scope, and the successful bidder must provide a 100% performance bond and criminal-background-investigation/fingerprinting certification after award.
