Description
The City of Livermore is soliciting proposals for a five-year General Services Agreement covering routine, recurring, and as-needed maintenance and minor repair work within the public right-of-way. The scope includes tree removal and replacement, stump grinding, root removal, sidewalk and curb-and-gutter repair or replacement, sidewalk grinding, and localized asphalt pavement dig-outs, patching, leveling, overlays, and milling/cold planing with overlay. Work will be issued through individual task orders at various locations throughout the city and is limited to repair, rehabilitation, or in-kind replacement of existing infrastructure; new construction and capacity expansion are excluded. Proposers must demonstrate relevant municipal right-of-way experience, provide at least five similar references from the past five years, submit team and service information, complete the fee schedule with Year 1 unit prices and a fixed annual escalation percentage for Years 2 through 5, and comply with California licensing, DIR registration, prevailing-wage, certified-payroll, safety, traffic-control, and insurance requirements. The maximum aggregate contract budget is $2,000,000 across all agreements awarded under the RFP, with no guaranteed minimum work for any contractor.
