Description
Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District is soliciting proposals for E-Rate-eligible Internet service at bandwidths from 10 Gbps to 50 Gbps, including transport circuits, necessary hardware, routing and BGP configuration as needed, circuit activation, connectivity monitoring, troubleshooting, and 128 dedicated routable IPv4 addresses. Responders must provide separate pricing for Internet access, installation, hardware, circuit costs, and other required project items, with options for incremental bandwidth upgrades and downgrades. The solicitation also covers wireless access points and related components, switches and related components, and licensing and support for an existing Fortinet firewall appliance. Equipment must be new, warranted, and supplied by a certified reseller; installation is not requested for the wireless and switch equipment. Proposals must include service-provider information, an SLA, implementation timeline, three references with at least three years of service, cost proposals, required acknowledgments, and completed district forms. Pricing is requested for a three-year term with two one-year extensions and a five-year term, contingent on E-Rate funding and district approval.
