Description
The City of St. Louis Treasurer's Office is requesting proposals for professional services related to parking-facility garage repairs and preventative maintenance. The scope includes reviewing existing documents, conducting condition-assessment walkthroughs, updating prior assessments, and developing repair budgets and recommendations. The selected consultant will prepare construction drawings, technical specifications, front-end requirements, proposal forms, estimated quantities, and a complete bid package for structural concrete repairs and potentially waterproofing-related work. At the City's direction, services may also include bidding and contract-negotiation support, pre-construction coordination, shop-drawing and submittal review, construction observation, site-visit reporting, punch-list activities, and review of waivers, warranties, and as-built drawings. Proposals must include a summary, company history and profile, recent projects completed within the past three years, and three project references; pricing, schedule, references, warranty and services, and MBE/WBE participation will be evaluated.
