Description
Wilkes Soil and Water Conservation District is seeking separate lump-sum bids for debris removal from two stream segments: 2,200 linear feet of an unnamed tributary to the South Yadkin River and 1,200 linear feet of Fishing Creek. Both segments have vegetative debris, including several complete blockages. Removed material must be piled in designated onsite areas or may be chipped, and work must follow North Carolina Streamflow Rehabilitation Assistance Program standards. Bids must be submitted on company letterhead, with a separate lump-sum price for each segment. Proof of insurance is required before contracting if selected. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting and site visits is required.
