Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting a quote for one fully assembled outdoor chemical storage locker, Model SBB1600SA or equivalent, with delivery and installation. The unit must accommodate 16 standard 55-gallon drums, provide at least 272 gallons of sump capacity, and meet the specified dimensions, construction, containment, safety, and regulatory requirements. Required features include ventilation, grounding connectors, forklift channels, anchoring plates, hazard markings, and wind resistance up to 90 mph; the Government also requires pre-wired electrical systems, insulation, a heating system, and explosion-relief panels. The contractor must deliver the assembled unit, coordinate offloading, provide shipment tracking, and supply product documentation, certifications, warranty information, and post-delivery support. Quotes are evaluated using a lowest-price-technically-acceptable approach. Vendors must complete the attached bid sheet and submit a quote that includes the unit, required features, shipping, delivery, and offloading.
