Description
The Town of Putnam, Washington County, New York, is officially requesting sealed bids for the repair and restoration of the slate roof at the Putnam Town Hall. The scope of work includes removing damaged slates, sourcing and installing matching slates, repairing underlying flashing, and ensuring the overall structural integrity of the roof system. Sealed bids must be clearly marked "Town Hall Slate Roof Repair Bid" and delivered to the Town Clerk's Office. The Town of Putnam reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Town.
