Description
The City of Dallas is soliciting proposals for shared dockless mobility data and compliance platform services supporting its shared dockless vehicle program. The platform must ingest provider data and support monitoring, reporting, analysis, mapping, and compliance activities, including fleet, deployment, ridership, operating-hour, curfew, parking, geofencing, and device-level requirements. The solicitation is for an initial two-year contract with two one-year renewal options. Proposals must address the technical approach, platform capabilities, qualifications and experience, project personnel, references, implementation and support, pricing, sample contract redlines, City standard forms, local participation and workforce-impact requirements, and insurance-related documentation. Electronic submission through the City's solicitation website is required; hard-copy submissions are not permitted.
