Description
The City of Hoyt Lakes, Minnesota, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the expansion of the East Range Water System’s Surface Water Treatment Facility in Aurora, Minnesota. The project includes two new treatment trains with rapid-mix equipment, flocculation mixers, clarifier mechanisms, chemical-feed equipment, filter rehabilitation, and SCADA system updates. The scope also includes improvements to the existing booster station in Hoyt Lakes. The CMAR firm will support cost evaluation, constructability review, scheduling, sequencing, and efficient allocation of available funds.
