Description
The City of Ellensburg is requesting proposals from interested firms or teams of firms to provide tourism marketing and advertising services and operate a visitor information center. The solicitation is structured as a request for qualifications and states that submissions received after the stated deadline may not be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and waive irregularities or informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. Respondents are responsible for their own proposal-preparation and submission costs, and the solicitation does not obligate the City to award a contract or procure the proposed services.
