Description
The Province of British Columbia, through the Ministry of Citizens' Services, is issuing a Multi-Use List Call for Responses (MULCFR) to identify and qualify service providers for targeted workforce skills training programs. These programs are intended to address local labor market needs throughout British Columbia. Qualified Service Providers will be eligible to receive competition notices and participate in downstream competitive solicitations for the opportunity to deliver these services. The MULCFR is anticipated to run until 2031, with responses accepted throughout its term. Competition notices will be issued on an "as, if, and when requested" basis, detailing specific service requirements for each opportunity.
