Description
This solicitation seeks machinist apprenticeship training for employees at the Watervliet Arsenal. The contract is structured with a base period and includes three option years. While a Sources Sought notice was previously conducted with no responses, all responsible sources are still invited to submit a capability statement, bid, proposal, or quotation for consideration. To be eligible for award, offerors must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration, including all necessary representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically via the SAM website (https://www.sam.gov) and will be managed by the Army Contracting Command (ACC-WVA). Hardcopies will not be provided. Interested parties are responsible for periodically checking the SAM website for any issued amendments, as failure to incorporate amendments may result in offer rejection.
