Description
The City of Bristol is seeking bids for one new autonomous robotic field liner, including installation, a battery and charger, two additional lithium batteries, an Android tablet with case, and onsite owner training for operation and basic troubleshooting. Subscription-based financing is not permitted. The proposed equipment must meet the stated specifications, including all-terrain wheels, lithium-battery operation, at least four hours of battery life, GPS-guided tablet operation, sports-field templates, logo capability, out-of-paint warning, obstacle sensors, automatic terrain correction, manuals, and at least a one-year warranty. Functionally equivalent alternatives to the Swozi Auto and TinyLineMarker Pro X models may be offered, subject to the City's determination. Bids must be submitted electronically through the designated bidding platform by the stated deadline. The bid form requires unit pricing, total pricing, delivery terms, vendor information, and an authorized signature. The completed Attachment A specification checklist and the City’s non-collusion certification must also be submitted. Insurance is required from the awarded contractor, including general liability coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, automobile liability coverage of $1,000,000 when vehicles are used, and workers’ compensation evidence when labor is performed in Connecticut.
