Description
The Grand River Dam Authority seeks a vendor to provide plate packs for the Unit 3 CT and ST lube oil coolers and both vacuum pump heat exchangers, remove and install all plate packs, and recondition the plate pack removed from the ST. The CT cooler plate packs are to be upgraded from 304 stainless steel to 316 stainless steel; nonrepairable ST plates must be replaced. Comparable brands and alternatives may be considered if they meet the specifications and are properly documented. The work must be completed during the GREC Unit 3 fall outage from October 1 through October 15, 2026. The quote must include delivery, freight, packaging, handling, and other surcharges. Bidders must submit the completed RFQ form, non-collusion certificate, OSHA 300 and 300A logs for the past five years, NCCI workers' compensation experience-rating sheets for the past five years, and the required exception statement. A certificate of insurance must accompany the bid for work performed on GRDA property.
