Description
Peel Region is soliciting bids for the replacement of the existing travelling bridge mechanism serving Primary Clarifier No. 3 at the Clarkson Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work includes furnishing and installing a new single-drive travelling bridge system, control panel, and dedicated wireless gateway for integration with the plant SCADA system. The scope also includes removal of existing equipment; replacement of running rails, conductor bar system, scum cross-collector, inlet and scum baffles, weir plates, and groundwater flap gates; structural rehabilitation of the primary clarifier tank and Tunnel F, including expansion-joint sealant replacement, crack injection, and localized concrete repairs; and electrical distribution modifications from MCC-6. This is a 15-month construction procurement submitted online in English. The procurement is subject to CETA, CFTA, and other applicable trade agreements.
