Description
The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to procure navigational aids, specifically buoys and associated equipment. All items must be shipped FOB Destination, with freight costs included in the price, to six specified delivery locations within Minnesota, as detailed in the Price Schedule for Navigational Aids Exhibit D. The preferred delivery date is July 1, 2025, or earlier. Vendors are responsible for reviewing and complying with all requirements outlined in the event attachments. Failure to respond to the latest version of the event may result in bid rejection. The DNR will determine if vendors meet the specifications, and all questions must be directed to the buyer listed on the event. The DNR will issue only one purchase order per vendor, with payment contingent upon the receipt and approval of all items.
