Description
The City of Blaine, Minnesota is accepting bids for the 2026 Blaine Trail Maintenance Project (Improvement Project No. 26-15). The project includes removal of concrete curb and bituminous/concrete, excavation, full depth reclamation, bituminous patching, asphalt emulsion seal coat, placement of Type SP 9.5 wearing course mixture (overlay and new), concrete ADA pedestrian ramps, traffic control, common topsoil borrow, and turf establishment.
