Description
BC Ferries is issuing a Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) to pre-qualify operators for water taxi services on specific routes. These routes include 3 (Horseshoe Bay to Gibsons), 4 (Fulford Harbour to Victoria - Swartz Bay), 6 (Salt Spring Island to Crofton), 8 (Horseshoe Bay to Bowen Island), 18 (Powell River to Texada Island), 19 (Nanaimo Harbour to Gabriola Island), 20 (Chemainus-Thetis-Penelakut), 21 (Denman Island West to Buckley Bay), 22 (Denman Island East to Hornby Island), 23 (Campbell River to Quathiaski Cove - Quadra Island), 24 (Heriot Bay - Quadra Island to Cortes Island), 25 (Port McNeill to Malcolm Island (Sointula)), 26 (Graham Island to Moresby Island), and 28a (McLoughlin Bay, Ocean Falls, Bella Coola, Shearwater). This RFSQ is a reposting of previous solicitations: RFPQ 08-03-2022, RFSQ 14-2024, and RFSQ 38-2025. Proponents are responsible for checking BC Bid for any additional documents, such as addenda and Q&A, that may be issued before the closing date.
