Description
The City of Dayton is soliciting proposals from firms to provide a wide variety of general engineering services and related technical services. The selected firm will be designated as the City Engineer and will serve from July 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031. Services include general and project management, construction services, preparation of engineering reports and technical correspondence, attending city meetings, responding to constituent requests, and other items such as green engineering techniques and grant writing. The firm must be licensed in Minnesota, demonstrate experience with public sector engineering of similar size and scope, assign a licensed engineer with at least five years of municipal engineering experience, and be able to provide all services either in-house or through sub-consultants.
