Description

The City of Rosenberg is soliciting sealed bids for construction of Phase II of the Seabourne Creek Regional Sports Complex. The base bid includes a 210-foot baseball field with a low CMU backstop wall, backstop netting, dugouts, bullpen, fencing, fence guard, bases, pitching mounds, benches, scoreboard, bleachers, shade structures, batting cages, drinking fountain, concrete paving, stormwater collection, grading, erosion control, site preparation, and electrical work including Musco ballfield lighting and solar trail lighting. The work also includes an irrigation system connected to the existing reclaimed-water line, purple PVC piping, Bermuda sod and hydroseed, soil mix, red infield clay, and a 30-day maintenance period. A bid alternate covers a second baseball field and associated paving, lighting, furnishings, irrigation, sod, hydroseed, soil mix, infield clay, and maintenance.
