Description
Lee's Summit R-7 School District is seeking qualifications from firms that can provide student travel services and potentially join its approved vendor list. Services may include air, rail, and ground transportation; accommodations; security services if needed; tour guides; meals; sightseeing tickets; traveler orientation; and optional travel insurance. The district is not requesting trip-specific itineraries or pricing at this stage; approved vendors may later be contacted to quote individual trips. Respondents must provide company and key personnel information, a project approach, and at least three references for clients of similar size. Experience and references, personnel qualifications and resources, and the proposed approach will be evaluated. The district permits the use of subcontractors and does not require a Missouri office or Missouri business license. The initial submittal is completed electronically through the procurement system; email and fax submissions are not accepted.
