Description
The project involves construction and installation of a lift station and associated sanitary sewer infrastructure. Work includes specified lengths of ductile iron force main and PVC pipe, a 10-foot-diameter wet well and lid, a precast valve vault, a 48-inch doghouse manhole, lift station electrical work, service connections, valves, fittings, hardware, and incidental work described in the project manual or reasonably inferable from it. A bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder must provide a sworn affidavit and supporting documentation regarding federal work authorization enrollment and employee eligibility. Upon contract signing, the successful contractor and any subcontractor performing the work must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program for on-site employees.
