Description
The United Nations Development Programme, on behalf of participating UN agencies, is conducting market research on air ticketing and travel management services. A potential future scope may include regional and international ticket booking, multi-destination and group travel, itinerary advice, booking changes and refunds, unused-ticket tracking, emergency and after-hours support, and travel expenditure, savings, compliance, and emissions reporting. The final scope may change, and this RFI is for information gathering only; it is not a tender or request for a financial offer and does not guarantee a future invitation or award. Interested travel management companies are asked to provide company and ownership information, IATA accreditation details, relevant experience, service-delivery and customer-support arrangements, booking and reporting technology, regional coverage, sustainability services, and indicative pricing information. Responses should include the completed RFI questionnaire, a company profile, information on proposed products and services, and indicative pricing if available; relevant brochures or supporting documents may also be included. Responses are submitted through the Quantum system in PDF, Word, or Excel format.
