Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is seeking competitive bids for Pepsi products for Kerrville State Hospital. The pricing sheet lists Pepsi Zero, Pepsi Zero Wild Cherry, Gatorade Zero Lemon Lime, Gatorade protein bars in multiple flavors, Muscle Milk in multiple flavors, Starry Zero, Lipton Zero Sugar Green Tea, Mountain Dew Zero Sugar, and Mug Root Beer Zero. Bidders must submit the completed pricing sheet with firm, fixed unit prices. Products must match the awarded items; unauthorized substitutions, reworked products, previously refused products, and seconds are prohibited. Deliveries must be complete, on time, properly labeled, and coordinated by appointment. The initial contract term is September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with a possible extension of up to one year.
